Vodenemu teku na stadionu %28predv. torki%29 bomo dodali %26scaron%3be uro skupnega teka v naravi %28predv. četrtki%2c Tivoli%29%2c kjer se bomo seznanili %26scaron%3be z nekaterimi drugimi koristnimi elementi vadbe %28vključevanje vaj za moč %26ndash%3b %26raquo%3btrim steza%26laquo%3b%2c tehnika teka%2c tek v klanec%2c nordijska hoja%2c crossfit%2c%26hellip%3b%29. Namen vadbe je predvsem raz%26scaron%3biriti znanja s področja teka%2c odpraviti pomanjkljivosti in po principu čim učinkovitej%26scaron%3bega in celostnega pristopa k treningu morebiti tudi doseči merljiv napredek. Tekli bomo zavoljo dobrega počutja in nenazadnje zdravstvene preventive %26ndash%3b vložka v lastno zdravje. Postavili si bomo cilje%2c ki se bodo nana%26scaron%3bali na Ljubljanski maraton 2011%2c se med seboj spodbujali in jih s skupnimi močmi posku%26scaron%3bali uresničiti. Treningi bodo na moč raznoliki %26ndash%3b enote vadbe%2c ki krepijo različne motorične sposobnosti %28vzdržljivost%2c hitrost%2c moč%2c%26hellip%3b%29%2c se praktično nikdar ne ponovijo v enaki obliki in bodo zato vsebine zares pestre. %3c/span%3e%3c/p%3e
