Snowball, or the “center of optimism”, is a think-tank of young people that emerged within the Young Leaders Club under the auspices of AmCham Slovenia. The group includes more than 75 active young people aged 25-45, employed in Slovenian and international companies and the public sector, all of whom share the vision of Slovenia becoming a country of optimism and opportunity with a high quality of life. Snowball has no program or structure, but it has the desire, energy, and ambition of youth to take part in shaping the world, Slovenia and to “get the snowball rolling” together with great ideas.

• economic policy,
• procedures in regulations, the government,
• quality of living, values and security.
