How can you combine several work obligations and improve your mental and physical health? 

We searched for answers to this question at the September interactive meeting of AmCham Young Leaders Club with our special guest, Sanela Banović M.D. She believes it is important to live in the present, in the moment, and to take time for yourself. This is the only way we can avoid the stress of everyday life and eliminate its effects on our emotions and our mental and physical health.

Hugging therapy is definitely a powerful way of healing. Research shows that hugging (and also laughter) is extremely effective at healing sickness, disease, loneliness, depression, anxiety and stress.

"The embrace draws the pain away," was the last thought that the young leaders took with them into the evening.
