A network of exceptional young business leaders
AmCham Young Leaders Club is a network of business leaders of the younger generation aged 45 and under, who have the desire and aim to work together to create a better future, a strong economy and high quality of life. Together, we are developing into better business leaders and shaping Slovenia into a country of optimism. Being aware that success brings responsibility, we are active participants in the Giving Back to the Community initiative.
We are connected by values – trust, creativity, collaboration, optimism and passion, which are at the forefront during our time together. Together, we are developing into better business leaders and shaping Slovenia into a country of optimism.
We create new business opportunities through networking. We are committed to creating a stimulating and confidential environment. Members of the AmCham Young Leaders Club meet to spread good practices, learn about worldwide trends, develop new ideas, share knowledge and generate positive energy. We network at lectures, workshops, Empower Lunches, and informal #YLCFUN meetings.
We are a network of 250+ exceptional business leaders of the younger generation, who wish to work together to create a better future, a strong economy and high quality of life. We strive to set a good example in our respective spheres of work and connect with like-minded individuals and organizations for greater impact.
Regular meetings of Young Leaders Club members are held at least four times a year and their aim is to spread good practices, learn about worldwide trends, develop new ideas, share knowledge and generate positive energy. As members we are aware that success entails responsibility, which is why we proactively organize positive and socially beneficial projects and initiatives.
Empower lunches are aimed at solving business challenges (peer to peer mastermind) in various areas with business leaders. They are all about exchanging good practices, new ideas, knowledge and positive energy.
The desire and need to network and meet each other has led YLC members to come up with the idea of events focused on introducing club members. These informal meetings are a chance to get to know each other as well as learn new skills.
