The conference is intended for individuals as well as organizations and teams who are aware of importance of new way of leadership – spreading the horizons, opening to new perspectives, stepping out of the comfort zone to evolve together with changes present, to communicate with the values of humanity, including intuition, compassion, deep listening and balance – between feminine and masculine principle, reason and heart, doing and being, work and home. We will explore how to step out of 'I' to 'We' and to how to strengthen the energy of Synergy between us.
