On the fifth anniversary of the program, AmCham Slovenia posted a list of the most successful companies.




These companies are Lek, Goodyear Dunlop Sava Tires, Droga Kolinska, Zavarovalnica Triglav and PwC. These are the companies of which young employees are achieving the greatest successes of the program. This index can be changed on June 9th as they will choose a winner of the fifth generation among the 5 super finalists at the final event Top Potential of the Year.

Past winners of the program AmCham Young ProfessionalsTM were Thomas Lanišek (Goodyear Dunlop Sava Tires, now Knauf Insulation), Nana šumrada Slavnić (PwC), Blaz Jakič (Triglav INT) and Gaj Stavber (Lek).

This year’s super finalists competing for the title of Amcham Top Potential of the Year are Aleksander Baretić (Mars Overseas Holdings), Eva Veselinovic (Ernst & Young), Nina Pirnat (Atlantic Trade), Peter Merc (Hypo Alpe Adria Bank) and Thomas švajger (Roiss two).

Successful business consist of successful and happy employees. One of the frequent motivational factors of employees is investing in their education and thus their future career and personal development. AmCham YoungProfessionalsTM program is intended for young leaders, between 25 and 35 years, in which their superiors can recognize their potential and values as business leaders such as passion for work, expertise, integrity, creativity, empathy, visionary, ambition, social responsibility, motivational skills and communication skills. Application for the new, 6th generation, are open until May 29, 2015.

The one-year training program is designed as a contest and in the second half of the course of the program we choose the best ones, which are competing for the title AmCham Top Potential of the Year. The respective winner of the program acquires the seat on the AmCham Board of Governors and recognition in the business and media space.
