On Monday we had the pleasure of working with three successful American female entrepreneurs from Chicago, who shared with us their ideas and experiences and helped us solve business challenges. 

 

Carol Fowler, Founder & CEO of TheSocReports (USA), TheSocReports:

Carol founded TheSocReports, which provides weekly social data insights to help subscribers to gain followers and grow influence. Her company is based at Chicago’s leading tech incubator, 1871, and Carol was recently selected to participate in the fall 2016 cohort of WiSTEM, a program focused on connecting 12 female entrepreneurs to capital, technology and community.

 

Toni Maraviglia, Foundation lead at Uptake (USA), Beyond.uptake:

Toni is on the founding team of beyond.uptake, She oversees the Data Fellows Program and projects for beyond.uptake. As a social entrepreneur, Toni is an Echoing Green Fellow, Unreasonable Fellow and Bluhm Helfand Social Innovation Fellow. 

 

Nicole Yeary, Founder & CEO of Ms.Tech (USA), Ms.Tech:

(Em)power: COMPANY FOCUSED ON SEEING MORE WOMEN START AND SCALE COMPANIES.

Nicole has led Ms.Tech, a Chicago-based company focused on seeing more women start and scale companies, as the founding President since 2014. She has spent over fifteen years in leadership positions with Fortune 500 companies in various capacities such as Direct Sales, Marketing Services, and Learning Development and several years helping build a startup within a corporation that collectively became the most profitable unit. Nicole now invests her time advising and guiding the next generation of startup companies through a strong partnership between Ms.Tech and 1871 as the co-facilitator WiSTEM, a curriculum-based program that connects women to capital, community, and technology resources.
