Leader is always on stage, always under the spotlights.
Sociodrama is an improvisation and role-playing game by the principle of 'here and now'. Ana Rokvić Pinterič, actor, producer, director and mentor was our guide through AmCham Young Professionals™ Sociodrama.
If you are a leader you know that you have a feeling like being under the spotlights and this is exactly what we literally experienced in the last AmCham workshop, where we learned that every leader has its own style. What makes me happy? That every colleague from AmCham Young Professionals has the potential to become the next generation business leader.

Energy allowed to excel and explode creates inspiring momentum, brings a smile on your face and lightens the mood. Yesterday’s workshop gave us all something big, even if not really definable. We left the theaters as protagonists of our destiny and our future, in which we are all leaders – not necessarily formal but for sure opinion leaders. And one other thing – we left together, more connected and with an awareness, that our differences complement and inspire us.

Our Sociodrama meeting on stage under the innovative leadership of Ana Rokvić Pintarič proved to be a pleasantly refreshing experience, as it not only included loads of laughter, inspired a number of debates and enabled us to spend some physically dynamic time away from the typical sitting behind the desk, but we were also able to come to some priceless conclusions about how we perceive ourselves, who we wish to become and how to define what we most appreciate about the people we perhaps subconsciously choose to follow.

Socializing with AmCham colleagues on the stage within Sociodrama has confirmed my opinion about what we really need in life. When the body becomes a doll, piece of clay, frozen character or just an observer, you get to see the whole picture. Despite the mad rhythm of today's world, the only things that count at the end of the day are relations, energy and empathy, listening and understanding the people aroung us. This was clearly demonstrated during the Sociodrama when we connected despite our differences.
