Dr. Lavre in mag. Stariha shared their views and understandings, based on their experience, and identified opportunities and possibilities for high-quality management and hospital organization. They mentioned examples of best practices as a proof that it is possible to economically manage hospitals even within the constraints of the existing system. Several examples of best practices will also be included in our AmCham Position Paper.
