I always thought I am an energetic person but that the only way to get myself ‘up’ after negative events was to push myself. Mr Majhen explained that managing your energy comes from managing your perception of events. Great insight into oneself, with a hint of advices on how to work on yourself. Mr Majhen opened so many interesting topics, that 1,5 hours passed too quickly.«
