The conference is aimed at all professional profiles with different roles in insolvency proceedings. Its main focus is presentation of experiences and good practices in restructuring and insolvency proceedings.

The focus of the first day will be restructuring proceedings. First, the economic aspects of insolvency and restructuring will be addressed since the economic matters are the necessary precondition for selection of the suitable procedure, methods, and measures of restructuring. The conference will continue with the presentation of good practices in restructuring by renowned lawyers and other experts.

Optimization of the sale of the assets in bankruptcy proceedings is the central instrument for achieving the optimum repayments of creditors. A proper (reasonable) choice of a sale method or a combination of methods is essential for achieving such optimization. This will be the subject of the second conference day which will be concluded by a round table discussion divided into two parts. In the first part, the proposed changes to Financial Operations, Insolvency Proceedings and Compulsory Dissolution Act (ZFPPIPP-G) regarding civil bankruptcy will be presented. In the second part, its participants will tackle some current legal issues arising in court insolvency proceedings.
