The effectiveness and quality of the health system is important for the satisfaction of all Slovenian citizens. A modern and long-term financially sustainable system, adapted to demographic change and with high standards and norms as well as a wide range of tools allowing the exercise thereof, are the objectives we have been aiming at.
To maximize overall coverage of management and system solutions in the Slovenian healthcare together with creating a platform for an open dialog among key stakeholders in health care Planet GV organizes 2nd Health Development Forum and 14th Conference on Management and Leadership in Health Care. The event will be held 8 and 9 March 2017 at Grand Hotel Bernardin in Portorož, Slovenia.
The conference is intended for managers in healthcare, key stakeholders and partners in the health care system, health insurance and solution providers in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical equipment and the development of new technologies. We have also invited experts from abroad and Slovenian physicians working abroad to share their experiences and Croatian colleagues (President of the Croatian Health Association, the directors of Croatian general hospitals and private clinics). Through our activities, we want to contribute to improving the Slovenian health care system and to provide potential solutions to the many challenges it faces. We believe that it is necessary in terms of awareness of key stakeholders to move forward in an open debate to have the best solutions adopted with broad and national consensus.
