PODIM is the largest annual international entrepreneurial conference in Slovenia, as well an intensive two-day entrepreneurial experience which once a year brings together all the stakeholders of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and especially start-up entrepreneurs with the aim of providing intensive training, sharing global experience and, of course, networking and socialising.
The main topic of this year’s thirty-third PODIM conference is “From Talent to Global Entrepreneurs”. In addition to the main topic, an important aspect will also be providing state-of-the-art insights into developing start-up companies. We have in mind “The Lean Startup” and “Business Model Generation – BMG” methodologies, which most global start-ups today apply.
The PODIM conference will welcome the following keynote speakers:
• Paddy Cosgrave, an authority of the Irish and global start-up ecosystem
• Gregory Bernarda, close member of the “Business Model Generation” team
• Miha Mikek, co-founder and director of Celtra, one of the most successful Slovenian start-ups
• Pekka Santeri Mäki, managing director of 3TS Capital
• Jure Mikuž, director and partner of RSG Kapital
• Jeff Skinner, London Business School
• Stephen Taylor, technology transfer director of AREA Science park.
In addition to the keynote speakers, other distinguished Slovenian and foreign speakers, all innovation and start-up entrepreneurship experts, will speak at the event.
