At the 20th anniversary of AmCham Slovenia, the Board of Governors proposed some amendments to the Bylaws of the AmCham Slovenia, which will enable an even better functioning and governance of the chamber.

The members at the Extraordinary Corresponding General Assembly adopted all the proposed amendments. As a key change, the expansion of the number of members to the Board of Governors from 7 to 10 was introduced. The reason for this decision is that the number of members of the Chamber increased significantly and as well as  the scope of the chamber’s activities.

The extraordinary correspondence General Assembly took place from June 21 to June 28, 2019. 102 members voted in favor of the amendments.
