We are committed to modernizing the legislation in the area of intellectual property. Our efforts to facilitate the effective exercise of intellectual property rights are one of the most important parts of national and international policies.

In practice, we see the need for harmonization of the content of intellectual property rights with the needs of today’s business and economic realities. We want greater predictability of (legal) relations in the field of intellectual property for holders and users of intellectual property rights. There is a need for greater flexibility of business relations in the field of property rights, which mostly relates to licensing and other contractual relationships.
