Lunch in the company of first man of Microsoft Slovenija, Robert Trnovec was  all about the present business challenges Young Leaders are facing. Mr. Trnovec emphasized during conversation the company is all about the people and that a good manager must get to know his employees but the wish to go further and achieve more must rise in the employee himself.

 

A great initiative at Young Leaders Club to start Empower lunch, it was wonderful to be a part of the first one, meet new people and see “old AmCham buddies” J. Thanks to Mr. Trnovec for an important insight to my question and for his contribution to a very relaxing atmosphere.
