AmCham is strongly in favour of changing the Slovene tax legislation so that it would enable taxpayers to conclude an agreement with the Tax Authorities regarding transfer pricing. The possibility of such agreements would provide taxpayers with greater certainty in the tax area, which would enable Slovenia to become more favourable for existing and potential foreign investors.
