A Call for Conferring the Slovene Award for Social Responsibility HORUS 2011 (meant for companies, institutions, individuals), being as a partner through the Committee for Social Responsibility (CSR Committee) supported also by the American Chamber of Commerce – AmCham Slovenia, has been announced. In 2010, the awards were carried off by companies UniCredit Banka Slovenije d.d. and Abbott Laboratories, d.o.o., whereas in 2009 the prizewinners were Trimo Trebnje d.d., Atech elektronika d.o.o. and Informa Echo d.o.o. The Call will be open till 20 September 2011, while the pre-entries may be applied by 4 September 2011. More information on web site: www.horus.si.
Seminar on Social Responsibility
The seminar for the registered for the Call for Slovene Award for Social Responsibility HORUS 2011 and for other persons concerned will take place in Ljubljana, on Tuesday 6 September 2011. Since the Seminar is co-organized also by the American Chamber of Commerce – AmCham Slovenia, its Members are entitled to 50% discount at entering, while the participation of the Committee for Social Responsibility Members is completely free of charge.
