Network for Corporate Social Responsibility Slovenia and Ekvilib Institute together with partner organizations announced the winners of the first European CSR Award Scheme in Slovenia. In the large company category, the winner is BTC d.d. with project »BTC City – FIS Ski jumping World Cup Ladies«, and in the SME category INFORMA ECHO d.o.o. celebrated with their initiative »You are energy«. Both winners in Slovenia are at the same time recipients of European CSR award, and will attend a ceremony in Brussels on June 25th 2013, organised by the European Commission.
BTC has been a sponsor and supporter of ski-jumping sports club Ljubno BTC for a long-time, and they supported the organization of the first game of FIS Ski jumping World Cup for women and took over the general sponsorship of two matches in Ljubno ob Savinji.
Initiative “You are Energy” by Informa INFORMA ECHO d.o.o. is a result of synergetic model of promoting efficient energy use and the use of renewable energy sources that coordinates and connects corporate, individual and social interests.
