The “outdoor” exercise begins on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 and ends with the Ljubljana Marathon on October 25, 2015

Running Exercise:

Tuesdays: 6.30 p.m.-7.30 p.m. (both Beginners Running and Advanced Running Groups; first exercise 31st March

Body Burn Exercise:

Wednesdays: 6.30 p.m.-7.30 p.m. (both Beginners and Advanced Groups); first workout 1st April

The runners may choose between a guided run within the Beginners Group, meant for all those who are just beginning with a regular running training or have been without regular exercise for a longer period of time and the Advanced Group, for those who have been actively practicing sports for the past few years.

Body Burn in the outdoors:

Body Burn is an exercise with which one strengthens his entire body. It is a workout using accessories and it is based on functional exercises taking into account one` s own weight. It is very important that it is suitable for WOMEN and MEN! Body Burn workout is adapted to the individual and his abilities and to his physical condition. With a regular practice you will take care for the development of your strength, form and shape of your body.

The workout in the outdoors will be on the same dates organized indoors in the winter time.

All who wish to will run the Ljubljana Marathon on 25 October 2015 (10 km, 21 km, 42 km)

Participation fee per once a week – running or body burn :

16eur / per month

30eur / 1st September to 25th October (2 months)

Participation fee per twice a week – running and body burn :

24eur / per month

45eur / 1st September to 25th October (2 months)
