First meeting of the Intellectual Property Committee

On 22, March 2011 newly formed IP Committee met on its first meeting. For now twelve members join this Committee that will be chaired by Tjaša Burnik, Merck Sharp & Dohme.

Members exposed some problems/problematic areas in terms of intellectual property:

-IT: software patents, counterfeiting

-plain packaging, labeling of food products

-area of advertising and culture

-pharmaceuticals patetns

-protection of trademarks ( brands )

If you are an expert in the field of IP or you are facing problems at every day work – join the Intellectual Property Committee.
