When Mrs Lubej and Mrs šušteršič, from Profiles International Slovenia, explained that no one has charisma and that leadership charisma is something that we can all learn, they were all amazed. Later on they explained which behaviors and characteristics make person a charismatic business leader. Through a number of role play situations we had come to a conclusion that we will all try our best to become a charismatic future business leaders which will inspire their colleagues to achieve common goals.
