CAN AN ORGANISATION SURVIVE WITHOUT BOSSES?

Not only can organizations survive without traditional bosses, but they can also be very successful. In organizations where there is more room for trust and empowerment than control, employees will be given wings and the opportunity to truly enjoy their work. In order to create a culture of engagement and inclusion, however, we must first redefine leadership and management.

Self-management within contemporary organizations will be discussed together at the 14th Competo event, which will take place at 8:30 am on Tuesday, November 5, 2019, at the Austria Trend Hotel in Ljubljana.

There will be two keynote speakers from this year: Lisa Gill, world-renowned expert, coach and lecturer, and Perry Timms, TEDx speaker, international lecturer and author of Transformational HR. The rich morning will be completed by dr. Alexander Zadel, who will speak that leadership without bosses does not mean chaos, work without purpose, organization, and responsibility. It means respecting the individual, his identity and integrity.
