With their responsible, innovative, sustainable practices, family-owned businesses are the pillars of our economy. To highlight those that are the most exemplary and future-oriented, AmCham Slovenia and CIPE (Center for International Private Enterprise) have put together a brochure presenting eight family businesses from Central and Eastern Europe. Representatives from four of these companies joined us as panelist speakers at the online event on November 30, where they shared their views on innovation, challenges they may face, the importance of communication and collaboration between employees, and we also talked about succession and the responsibility that businesses have toward the communities in which they operate.
