The US Embassy Ljubljana Alumni Initiative and the American Chamber of Commerce of Slovenia are organizing a get-together for all Slovenians who completed their undergraduate or graduate education in the USA and for Slovenian alumni of U.S. Government-sponsored programs such as the Fulbright Program, Hubert Humphrey Program, Ron Brown Fellowship program, Benjamin Franklin Transatlantic Fellows program, and the Youth Leadership Program.

Please join us on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 17.45 at the Antiq Palace Hotel to share your experiences with us and meet others like yourself who spent time in the USA for academic purposes. Let’s get to know each other!

After a short program, you are cordially invited to join us at the U.S. Embassy-sponsored Bob Dylan Project “Postani prostovoljec” concert at Križanke at 19.00. The concert will feature some of Slovenia’s best musical artists, including Laibach, Katalena, 6 Pack Čukur, Niet, Severa Gurin, Peter Lovšin in Španski Borci, Chris Eckman and the Frictions, Brina, Murat & Jose, Mia Žnidarič, Zoran Predin & the Gypsy Swing Band, Hic et nunc, and Sabina Cvilak with Rok Golob.
