We are inviting you to the seminar – workshop about the practice – for bidders in Public Procurement Procedures:
»HOW TO COMPOSE AND DEFEND COMPLETE TENDER BID AFTER IMPLEMENTATION OF NOVELTIES INTRODUCED BY
ZJN-2B (Public Procurement Act – 2B) AND ZJNVETPS-B (Public procurement in water management, energy transport and postal services area act -B)«,
which will be held on Tuesday, May 11th 2010, from 8.30 until 14.30 at Austria Trend, Hotel Ljubljana, Cassiopeo hall.
Seminar or workshop will be conducted on a practical basis, showing the practical issues and guidance in drawing up the tender, protection of the bidders with analysis of practical examples and practice of the National Review Commission.
The seminar is intended for those who submit tenders in Public Procurement Procedures, who take care of the composition of complete tenders and who are responsible for “defense” of its bid in the process of legal protection before the National Review Commission.
