Innovative Toolkit: Design Thinking & Scrum.

What can we learn from strategies designers use during the process of designing. And what can we learn from software and product development methods?

Design Thinking helps us find the right business problem/opportunity to go after. Scrum/Agile (and Lean Startup) helps us find the right solution for that problem/opportunity. You will get an intro peek into modern innovation toolkit – and you will never be the same again.

Innovative Toolkit plan:

  • introduction to agile methods and agile approaches, used in project management and product development;
  • Design Thinking method for problem detection and solution finding. Design Thinking process: emphasize, define, ideate, prototype, test;
  • Scrum – about the method, Scrum teams, Scrum roles and Scrum events.
