​AmCham Slovenia is organizing a workshop with Sonja Klopčič on the topic of leadership and personal mission, which will be held on November 30, 2016, at Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana.

Leaders formulate their roles themselves, through their view of the world, through their way of thinking and doing, and through the relationships they build with others. They work with an inner spark, and consciously use their competencies and their entire range of rational, emotional and spiritual intelligence in their work. They are committed to conscientiously bringing their values to life; values that they believe in wholeheartedly and strive to achieve with the aim of realizing their mission and personal vision. We will formulate our own personal missions during the workshop. What is unique to you, how can you contribute and what kind of impression do you wish to make?
