Laura Smrekar is a Partner and Head of Communications at Competo, a consulting company specialized in search and selection of executive professionals, HR consulting and people development. Laura Smrekar is also ambassador of the eCoaching platform Potendo. As a graduate of Sinology, Laura started her career in an international employment agency, where she fell in love with human resources management. Her focus on people, perseverance, targeted orientation, and optimism are why Laura always does an excellent job. As a partner in a 23-member team and the head of communication, she is the one who regularly meets many companies and candidates and has a broad insight into the situation on the labor market as well as into future of work trends.

Enzo Smrekar is a business leaders with 30 years of experience in marketing and management, 18 of them at leading multinational corporations as Philip Morris, Diageo and LVMH. AS a member of Droga Kolinska’s Management Board, he has managed operations with an annual turnover of €380 million in seven countries and a total of more than 3,000 employees. He has participated in mergers and acquisitions (Droga a nd Kolinska, Grandprom, Soko Štark and Tobex) and in the reorganisation of the DK Group in conjunction with Stearn & Stewart. He has wide range of business experience with start-ups in the fields of management consulting, marketing and HRM. He is a certified coach with a diploma in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University. He also holds a diploma from Richard Bandler’s NLP Society and serves as a pro bono coach and mentor to numerous young entrepreneurs and managers in the CEED, IEDC MBA, YES Junior and AmCham Young Professionals. With his wealth of experience and knowledge, is also active as a President of the Ski Association of Slovenia, President of the Slovenian Advertisers Association , President of the Management Board of Prva, Member of the Management Board of Športna loteriaj and deputy President of AmCham Slovenija.
