What Would Be Your Role in the Organization Without Hierarchy?


Company Zappos, The Government of Amsterdam and Impact Hub Vienna are organizations that switched to holacracy. How does the "boss-less" organization model look like? How is the structure of the organization leading our potentials and talents? 

At our first meeting we will simulate the managing meeting. What role will you get in the "boss-less" organization?

Christel Hofman, Director at Such a Potential will be joining us. Christel Hofman is a holacracy coach&agent from the Netherlands. She is experienced in change management, project management, programme management, leadership development and group dynamics. Christel is bringing holacracy to the start-up world and big corporations.

Christel about her mission:

Organizations exist by virtue of interaction between people. Because complexity in society increases we will have to incorporate more complexity in our partnerships. Inclusion of diversity is the key here. Appreciating people in their talents, makes the difference between a good and an excellent organization.
