First meeting of the 9th generation of AmCham Young Professionals will be an upside down approach to leadership. Our guest will be Patrick Cowden, Founder of Beyond Leadership, an unconventional leader and a visionary with a sense for result. At the age of twenty he moved to Germany and climbed the ranks from an Aircraft Refueling Operator to CEO without a university education. He held management positions in companies Bertelsmann, Cap Gemini, DELL, Deutsche Bank, EMC2 and Hitachi. Under the label “beyond leadership”, Cowden’s goal is achieving a management style that is built on courage and trust, respect and enjoyment.
