Dear AmCham Young Leaders Club members,
at our first meeting in 2020 we will have the pleasure to work with an extremely experienced and internationally renowned lecturer, Sotiris Karagiannis. A breakthrough leadership workshop of Change-To-Be in collaboration with GEA College.
What leads people to high levels of engagement and performance today? The workshop challenges traditional notions of employee motivation and raises awareness of the incredible value of autonomy, competence, relatedness and purpose for employee motivation and engagement.
Sotiris Karagiannis has over 28 years of experience as a corporate trainer and consultant in soft skills areas, such as leadership, culture change, motivation and engagement. He managed the Greek franchise of the globally recognized Dale Carnegie Training firm and is certified to deliver the Daniel Pink Motivation 3.0 engagement workshop. His clients are some of the biggest in pharma (Bayer, Johnson&Johnson, Astra Zeneca, Novartis, etc.), FMCG (Coca-Cola, Danone), luxury (Swarovski), Telcom (Ericsson), IT (Oracle, HP), commodities (3M). He has worked as a strategy consultant for the analysis of the current situation of firms and the development of a strategic plan to help the firms sustain competitive advantage while containing costs. He is highly respected lecturer on MBA study programme at GEA College and UNYP.
