The Importance of the Human Experience for Success in Business


Join us at the AmCham Exchange online event, where we will talk with Matej Zalar, an entrepreneur living in Silicon Valley, the co-founder, and CEO of Visionect US, and Lovro Peterlin, Managing Director, A1 Slovenia.



We will discuss how important a good customer, partner, and even employee experience actually is and how it is linked to the perception of a company's brand, products, and services. You have probably come across buzzwords such as Customer Centricity, Customer Experience, Employee Experience, User Experience, and the all-encompassing Human Experience, right? Well, we will try to tackle them all.


We will talk about where the overall human experience in the broadest sense of the word finds its place in regards to marketing, sales, and all the other areas or departments within an organization. We will also be interested in what lengths these organizations are willing to go to provide an excellent experience.


Our guests will try to predict what changes we can expect in the area of good business experience in the period after the restoration of the economy, which has practically stopped entirely for some time due to the restrictive measures related to the pandemic.
