Mr. Pototschnig is leading EU agency ACER (Agency for the Co-operation of Energy Regulators), which opened on 3, March 2011 with headquarter in Slovenia, Ljubljana. ACER will play key role in liberalization of EU market in the field of electrical energy and earth gas.
