Pre-applications for the 17th Generation of the AmCham Young Professionals™ Program for HERO and Patron members

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for young professionals who:

• are between 27 and 35 years old,
• have a strong desire for career and personal growth,
• demonstrate clear leadership potential.

Your employees coming from abroad are also warmly welcome. If there are more than seven non-Slovene-speaking participants, the program will be conducted in English.

• Personal and career development.
• A network of 150 individuals from more than 100 companies.
• Knowledge, competencies, and meaningful connections.
• Development of leadership skills (leadership, motivation, communication, innovation, change management, sustainability, and problem-solving).
• 10 regular monthly sessions, a working weekend in Slovenia, an on-site company visit, and informal networking opportunities.

The final deadline for pre-applications is March 20.

Participation Requirements:

• Candidates must be nominated by executives of companies that are members of AmCham Slovenia.
• The program is limited to 150 participants.
• Five places are reserved for individuals who are not employed by member companies of AmCham Slovenia. The participation fee for non-members is EUR 2,500 + a registration fee of EUR 290 (VAT not included). Non-member candidates must include a motivation letter in their application explaining why they are a suitable candidate for the AmCham Young Professionals™ program.

The program is free of charge for members of AmCham Slovenia. The registration fee is payable and varies depending on the membership category (see table below).
