1. If not yet a user, download the free Hal mBills application from Google Play or App Store to your phone and register (link: www.mbills.si/dl).
2. Fill your mobile wallet by following instructions in the application.
3. Use the function take a picture and pay to make a photo of QR code with the amount you want to donate and press confirm.
