4 LANGUAGES OF COMMUNICATION, LEADERSHIP AND MOTIVATION

Do you think that communicating with certain colleagues is easy and you understand them almost without words, while some are a little bit harder to understand?

Just as a traveler needs knowledge of several languages, we need an effective and simple tool with which we can lead and motivate different types of people or colleagues.

Is a good leader born or made? Some are truly born to be good leaders and some only need a good tool.
