At the Business Speed ​​Dating event, ten finalists of the 12th generation of AmCham Young Professionals impressed ten experienced business leaders and jury members. The jury agreed that five young leaders have the “it” factor, which decided that on 9 June, they are the ones who will compete for the title AmCham Top Potential of the Year 2022.

Marko Maučec, Matej Duraković, Diana Berte, Tjaša Tomšič, and Aljaž Dobnikar stood out with their knowledge, skills, and commitment. Young leaders embody the values we seek in the next generation’s leadership – taking inspiration from the present and for the sake of progress, with eyes wide open, staring into the future.
