We regret to inform you that, as of July 1, 2025, Mr. Enzo Smrekar has irrevocably stepped down from all his functions, including his role as President of AmCham Slovenia.

Mr. Smrekar has been a strong supporter of the AmCham YOUng platform since its very beginning and has significantly contributed to its development with his vision. As an active member of the AmCham community – including his service as a member of the Board of Governors – he has helped shape a better AmCham Slovenia with his energy, dedication, and strategic mindset.

We sincerely thank him for his outstanding contribution and all the valuable moments we shared. We wish him continued success and excellence on his journey ahead, and we are certain our paths will cross again.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Vice President Mr. Beno Ceglar, who will serve as Acting President of AmCham Slovenia until the Regular Annual General Assembly and elections in September.
