The Startup Overseas 2025: Colorado program has been officially and proudly concluded, marked by a strong final milestone and a clear message: Slovenian companies have the knowledge, ambition, and courage to enter the U.S. market.

The final wrap-up meeting brought together participating companies for an open discussion of the results achieved, key insights, and opportunities for further growth. Together with Anthony Russo, we created space for honest feedback, reflection, and concrete proposals that will significantly shape future editions of the program.

Throughout the program, participating companies deepened their understanding of the U.S. business environment, sharpened their value propositions, strengthened market positioning, and gained greater confidence in engaging with one of the most competitive markets in the world.

At the same time, the meeting reaffirmed the core mission of the Startup Overseas program: continuous improvement, open dialogue, and ambition for global growth.

Once again, the Startup Overseas program has proven to be an important launchpad for Slovenian companies that wish to explore opportunities in the U.S. market in a systematic, strategic, and confident manner.

The program is co-financed by the Republic of Slovenia and the European Union, through the European Regional Development Fund. It is implemented under the programme “Substantive Support for Faster Global and Sustainable Growth of Innovative SMEs (RazvojniPlus Programme)” within the European Cohesion Policy Programme for the 2021–2027 period.
