From January 6 to 9, the AmCham business development delegation is taking place at CES 2026 in Las Vegas, the world’s leading trade show for innovation and technology. Slovenian companies are connecting with investors, exploring key technology trends, and building strategic ties with U.S. partners.
The delegation is organized in partnership with Dijana Mitrović, CEO of DM Global Consulting, who designed and delivered a dedicated business development and networking program alongside the CES visit, enabling participating companies to maximize their market exposure, meetings, and strategic outreach in the U.S.
The delegation visited CES as part of a targeted business development and market exploration mission, allowing Slovenian companies to explore global technology trends, connect with international partners, and identify commercial and investment opportunities across the U.S. and global markets.
Participating companies are representing a diverse cross-section of Slovenia’s innovation ecosystem, spanning artificial intelligence, smart energy, advanced manufacturing, digital platforms, and cybersecurity.
A major highlight of the visit was the participation of Devid Palčič, President and CEO of Robotina, who represented Slovenia at the European Pavilion on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, during the panel “Excellence from Europe – EU Startup Showcase: Edge-to-Orbit IoT – Global Connectivity for Smart Infrastructure.” The session brought together leading European deep-tech companies to discuss IoT connectivity, satellite-based 5G, distributed AI, eSIM orchestration, and smart-grid energy management.
Throughout CES week, the Slovenian delegation held targeted meetings with technology companies, investors, and ecosystem partners, focusing on market entry, partnerships, and transatlantic business cooperation.
The CES 2026 delegation is part of AmCham Slovenia’s long-term strategy to support the internationalization of Slovenian companies, strengthen transatlantic economic ties, and promote Slovenia as a hub for innovation and advanced technologies.
