Chef Cassie Parsons (Harvest Moon Grille – Charlotte, North Carolina, USA), who recently took the top prize in Global Green USA’s first Citizen Entrepreneur Contest, is in April coming to Slovenia, where she will participate in TV Show “Zabeljeno po ameriško”(“Seasoned by Americans”), produced by POP TV.

AmCham Slovenia is in cooperation with the Embassy of the United States to the Republic of Slovenia and Kaval Group, on Wednesday, 24 April 2013, at 7 p.m., organizing an exclusive dinner in the beautiful ambience of the Restaurant Evergreen in Smlednik, where chef Cassie Parsons in cooperation with Anže Gombač, chef at Evergreen, will prepare a delicious American tasting menu, accompanied with the top selection of excellent Slovenian wines for you. Cassie is known for her sustainable approach and for cooking with top ingredients.

It will be an unforgettable gourmet evening.

Price of dinner is 50€ (+VAT), of which 10 € will be donated for charity to Mladinski dom Malči Beličeve (Malči Belič Youth Care Center). 10 % discount for booking tables for 8.
