The delegation will take place in the state of Virginia, which in recent years has emerged as one of the growing technology hubs in the United States.

Strategically located between Washington, D.C., and North Carolina, and home to one of the most important ports on the East Coast, Virginia represents a key nexus of federal institutions, the defense industry, and advanced technology companies. The region brings together critical industries of the future, including advanced technologies, defense, logistics, maritime industries, and green development.
