All present members accepted the President ´s and Financial report, given by the President Tomaž Lovše. Mr. Lovše informed the audience about the Chamber activities in the last year: Business Breakfasts, Board meetings, ECCAC meetings and exposed one of last year ´s greatest event: “Al Gore Event” in December 2008.

AmCham members elected the President and four new Board members. Elected Board members are: Mr. Dejan Turk, Mr. Matej Potokar, Mr. Leonardo Santarelli and Mr. Miro Senica. Mr. Tomaž Lovše is the President of American Chamber of Commerce in Slovenia for the next two years.

The AmCham´s Committees and two working groups (Environment working group and Corporate Social Responsibility working group) were presented by Executive Director Ajša Vodnik, M.Sc.

The General Assembly was hosted by Mr. Zoran Janković, the Mayor of Ljubljana, who addressed the participants at the end of the meeting.

After the official part all participants were invited to the reception in the Red Hall of the City Hall.
