On June 3, 2025, we’ll come together to unlock the power of extraordinary stories and celebrate the vibrant spirit of YOUng as we will proudly honor the remarkable 15th generation of AmCham Young Professionals™ and, together, select the AmCham Top Potential of 2025.

We will celebrate the stories from a platform where the magic of human relationships thrives, a place for growth, connection, and breakthroughs. Over the past 15 years, we’ve welcomed over 2,500 remarkable young individuals, each with their own ambition and unique purpose. Many of you have supported these young people with your knowledge, wisdom, and experience. From these stories, new ones are born, fostering relationships that inspire change and bring hope.

All of the superfinalists are exceptional young individuals who exemplify the core values of true leadership—constantly aiming higher, dreaming bigger, and pursuing opportunities beyond their comfort zones.
