On September 9, 2024, AmCham’s 26th Regular Annual General Assembly is going to take place. We always appreciate your attendance and active participation, as at the General assembly we make important decisions, including electing new members of the Board of Governors.

2024 is a very special year for AmCham Slovenia, as we celebrate 25th years of our activities and achievements. We are extremely proud and grateful to have shared this journey with you, our dear members, and we look forward to everything the future brings.

To mark this celebratory year in a fitting and memorable manner, the 26th AmCham Regular Annual General Assembly will take place on the exact day AmCham Slovenia was officially established in 1999. Within the international business community of AmCham Slovenia, we continually prioritize a culture of dialogue and with AmCham’s core values of trust, optimism, integrity, collaboration, and ambition, strive for a better business and living environment in Slovenia. The General Assembly is an opportunity to present the results of our activities, and shape the way forward together.

At this year’s General Assembly, we will elect a new President of AmCham Slovenia and members of the Board of Governors. Each official representative of a member of AmCham Slovenia has the right to run for and be elected President or to the Board of Governors. Candidates can be proposed by the Board of Governors or by members, in which case the candidacy must be supported in writing by at least seven (7) other members of AmCham Slovenia. More about this below * and in the Bylaws, available HERE.

We invite you to submit your candidacy by sending it to our address, Dunajska cesta 67, 1000 Ljubljana, or send it to our CEO, Ajša Vodnik, M.Sc., at ajsa.vodnik@amcham.si, by August 30, 2024 at the latest.
