Under the stars of tonight’s evening, which marked the closing event of the 16th generation of AmCham Young Professionals™, the title of AmCham Top Potential of the Year 2026 was awarded to Božidarka Radović, Better by the audience, the jury, and the semifinalists of the AmCham Young Professionals™ program.

Božidarka Radović works in the field of digital health, where she serves as Product Director at Better, leading the development of advanced solutions to improve healthcare systems. Her work focuses on optimizing processes, increasing data accessibility, and supporting healthcare professionals in delivering comprehensive patient care. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong combination of technical expertise, product thinking, and team leadership. She is driven by a desire to create solutions with a tangible impact on people, and believes in empathetic, responsible leadership and the power of teams united by a shared vision to push the boundaries of what is possible.

In an evening infused with the energy of the 1990s — the decade in which the participants of the 16th generation of the program were born — the AmCham Slovenia community celebrated connection and the leadership potential of the future. For 16 years, the AmCham YOUng platform has been proving that relationships are what move ideas forward, open doors to new opportunities, and build a community that believes in courage, knowledge, and collaboration. Over this time, the platform has connected more than 2,650 exceptional young individuals — each with their own ambition, their own “why,” and their desire to leave a mark. It is precisely from these connections that stories emerge — stories that bring change, optimism, and energy for the future.

On today’s 90s inspired stage, 5 superfinalists were presented — young leaders of the future who proved that they stand out from the average, possess the “X factor,” a vision, and a sense of community: Ana Vujasinovič (Triglav), Bor Klančnik (Acies Bio), Božidarka Radović (Better), Luka Zlatečan (Indigo Labs), and Rok Žigon (Sartorius BIA Separations).

Giving recognition and a face to potential in the world of leadership is of exceptional importance. In doing so, we give weight to the entire community of young leaders, place the right values at the forefront, and offer individuals the opportunity to become the best version of themselves. Each AmCham Top Potential of the Year becomes involved in one of the initiatives within AmCham Slovenia — or starts one of their own — and is also active in the Board of Governors of AmCham Slovenia, which helps guide the organization’s work and contributes to a better tomorrow.

Ajša Vodnik, MSc, founder of the YOUng platform and CEO of AmCham Slovenia, said at the announcement: “AmCham YOUng is the energy of our business community. It gives us commitment, responsibility, and motivation to help co-create a better living and business environment through knowledge and experience. Congratulations to Božidarka and to the entire 16th generation, which, as I like to joke, was ‘the best one so far’ — though tomorrow the 17th is already arriving. The YOUng platform, with its four programs and think tank, is now richer for new people who believe that the most important competition is the competition with oneself — how to become better every day — and who are guided by a ‘pay it forward’ mentality.”

Each year, the selected AmCham Top Potential of the Year receives a unique opportunity to train at the Future Leaders Academy program, enabled by our partner the Centre of Business Excellence (School of Economics and Business, University of Ljubljana). The Academy is specifically designed for outstanding individuals to take their competencies for successful leadership and business excellence to an even higher level. The aim of the Academy is to strengthen and improve organizational and leadership skills, learn about global trends, sustainable business, neuromarketing, and innovation and change management. Thank you!
