“If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6, and 9, you would hold the key to the universe,” said Nikola Tesla. Tonight’s YOUng Evening – 3. 6. 9 (2 + 0 + 2 + 5) – was the key to the leadership of the future. Under the stars of this special night, marking the grand finale of the 15th generation of the AmCham Young Professionals™ program, the title of AmCham Top Potential of 2025 – selected by the audience, jury, and program finalists – was awarded to Jure Kocman, Roche. 

Jure is an expert in innovation and development in the healthcare sector at Roche, where he leads strategic projects and collaborates with various stakeholders to improve patient outcomes in the Adriatic region. He is dedicated to increasing access to quality healthcare and implementing technological solutions to enhance health outcomes. In addition to his professional role, Jure is also an entrepreneur, having founded three startups in the fields of healthcare and digital education. His academic background combines medical studies with business education from IESE Business School, enabling him to effectively merge medical expertise with a business-oriented approach.

Today, the AmCham Slovenia community celebrated the powerful stories and exceptional energy of the 15th generation of AmCham Young Professionals™ and together selected the one potential who most reflects the future of leadership.

We also celebrated the magic of human connection that defines the YOUng platform – a space where ideas grow, bonds form, and courage for change is born.

Over the past 15 years, more than 2,500 outstanding young individuals have become part of this journey – each with their own ambition, each with their own “why,” and each with a strong sense of community. And alongside them, countless mentors and supporters have offered their wisdom, knowledge, and experience. From these stories, new ones emerge – and with them, relationships that bring optimism and real change.

Tonight, six superfinalists took the stage – young leaders of the future who proved they stand out from the crowd. Each demonstrated the “X factor,” a sense of vision, deep awareness of the world, and a commitment to community:  Inga Bau (Adacta), Jure Kocman (Roche), Juš Dobnikar (Evolt), Kristian Asani (Silicon Gardens), Thea Arandjelović (CargoX), Žan Kupeljnik (Cosylab).

Each AmCham Top Potential of the Year becomes actively involved in one of the AmCham initiatives – or starts their own – and also contributes as a member of the AmCham Slovenia Board of Governors, helping guide the organization’s vision for a better tomorrow.

Ajša Vodnik, MSc, founder of the YOUng platform and CEO of AmCham Slovenia, shared the following thoughts upon the announcement: “The YOUng platform is an environment where magic happens – the magic of human connection, a sense of community, and personal growth. For 15 years, we’ve been walking alongside exceptional young individuals on their path of ambition. And when you add values and the energy of community, that’s when the “real magic” begins. The 2,500+ young people who have been part of the AmCham Young platform are our pride and our motivation. If Tesla believed that the 3-6-9 code is the key to the universe, then I believe that tonight was the key to the future leaders who will help shape a better world.”
