In the 16th generation of the AmCham Young Professionals™ program, we are looking for individuals who help shape the future of the Slovenian business environment through their knowledge, values, and way of thinking.

This year’s generation brings together more than 150 ambitious, curious, and driven young individuals, which made every step of the selection process exceptionally demanding.

After a series of in-depth interviews, we identified 10 finalists who stood out the most with their vision, leadership potential, and ability to think outside the box, earning their place on the shortlist. They will now continue competing for the title of AmCham Top Potential of 2026.
