The AmCham Slovenia Health & Wellbeing Committee held a meeting on November 25, 2025, starting the new term with energy and a clear focus : access to quality care.
The meeting introduced two newly elected co-chairs, Urša Lakner (Pfizer) and Lauren Boak (Roche Slovenia), who took the helm with a clear, forward-looking vision for the committee. They emphasized collaboration across sectors, enhanced access to quality care, and data-driven advocacy as cornerstones of their agenda for the coming year.
Committee members expressed enthusiasm for this strategic direction, focusing on uniting expertise and evidence to address key healthcare challenges. Looking ahead, the committee plans to translate these priorities into action through proactive outreach to stakeholders and evidence-based initiatives aimed at improving health outcomes for patients and the broader community.
The meeting closed constructively. The committee’s leadership restated its focus on partnership and innovation, and members agreed to move forward with renewed energy to advance improvements in Slovenia’s healthcare sector.
